Refund policy
Return Window:
- Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- Any items that have been altered or customized are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Non-Refundable/Non-Cancellable Products:
- Final sale items, undergarments, and swimwear are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at bohochickbymonnalissa@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.
- Once your return request is approved, securely package the items and include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 15-20 days of receiving the returned items.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchange Policy:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us at bohochickbymonnalissa@gmail.com.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow our return policy.
Cancellation Fees:
- No fees are charged for order cancellations made within the specified timeframe except the delivery charges will not be refunded.
